Nicola combines energy medicine (Reiki and other energy modalities) along with spiritual counseling to encourage healing on a physical and emotional level, and support those looking to discover their true self.

In addition she provides clarity and insight to help individuals reach new levels of perspective about their lives. Encouraging them to see the meaning and symbolism of what is taking place for them, rather than viewing current events as difficult, punishing challenges seeing them as gifts and opportunities for change.

Her clients have often commented that energy medicine sessions can be profoundly life changing, as they become aware of the many different parts of themselves, coming together as one, and seeing opportunities in their lives to heal, grow and feel comfortable about making a change

Her natural skincare collection, Nicci, has been widely used by celebrities and clients, and was formulated by Nicola 9 years ago, when research began to unveil the dangers of hidden chemicals in our personal care products, and the health issues that may be attributed to them.

The umbrella company, Aroma 1, covers Nicola's therapies, skincare collection, forthcoming video series, documentaries, and her workshops and lectures.
