Working with and Clearing Negative Energy
For Reiki Practitioners, Energy and Body Workers

We all absorb negative energies, however there are ways to identify and de-charge these energies for yourself and for others.
Clients and colleagues may complain of feeling ‘invaded by something’, ‘feeling off’, suddenly feeling ‘anxious about nothing in particular’, strange pains that have suddenly appeared overnight, along with other symptoms which will be discussed in class.
This class has been designed by Nicola Salter, Energy Medicine Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. During her 15 years as an Energy Medicine Professional she has worked with many types of energies, particularly ‘negative’ energies. Accepting ‘negativity’ and remaining present with the transmutation of it, supports your own capacity, your own willpower to see more clients and be of service to a larger community.
In this class you will discover:
- Tools to help prepare and ground you before working with others, and the importance of doing this. Nicola demonstrates her own proven methods. You will also be introduced to the grounding earthing pad you can use for yourself and whilst working.
- How to examine how your own emotions and thoughts may attract negativity and simple tools to avoid this
- Identify ‘negative’ energy, and what it is really
- Step out of fear around this subject
- Tools to use to remove ‘negativity’
- A Reiki attunement to the level you are at
- Practical hands on work with each other, under Nicola’s guidance, to search and remove negative energies.
The cost of this class includes one bottle of Clear, a Sage bundle and quartz crystal as tools for you to use during the class and for your own clients, plus hand outs. Cost: $75.

The Healing Circle - 1 March 2012
The Healing Circle at Be the Change Energy Center, combines profoundly positive energies and specific themes that are useful for us to hear every month. The circle welcomes many energy wisdoms and traditions. The energy is very palpable and most people notice a shift in their well-being after the meditations. The intention is to share, and you are encouraged to bring thoughts or memories into the circle that are important to you for either releasing or contemplating some more, with guided wisdom.
Often
information is given to and shared by Nicola during the evening that
happens to be key for people in the circle.
Nicola takes the circle of healing on; a guided meditation to release negativity, bring nourishment and nurturing, journey on your spiritual path in deep reflection, self-healing and sending healing to loved ones as a group, and learn a method for focusing and healing personal issues. Two members of the group are chosen from a basket of names who receive healing energy from the group. Reiki Practitioners hold the East, West, South and North points of the circle to facilitate the energy through the group.
Bring with you a piece of paper to put in the center of the circle with the name of someone you would like to send healing to (it can be your own). The energy of the group and the circle of stones, crystals and candles helps to raise a vibration enabling us to send healing to anywhere and anyone on the planet.
Places are limited so rsvp before 29th February. Please bring water and a cushion to sit on. Arrive about 7.55 pm, no earlier, and no later than 8.10 pm, we end the healing circle about 10 pm. If you arrive late, please quietly make your way to the back of the room outside of the circle, where you will feel the energy just as intensely.

REIKI CLINIC

Calling all Reiki Practitioners!
You are invited to come and participate by giving group and one-on-one healings, either on massage tables or chairs. Estimated healing times will be 15 minutes per person. The evening will flow with its own intelligence! Please RSVP below and let me know if you would like the 8 pm slot or 8.30 slot.
Please invite your friends and family for healings. This will be a profound evening and you will have the opportunity to brush up your Reiki skills.
For Reiki Practitioners please arrive at 7.45 pm no later. For guests 8 pm or 8.30 pm depending on your choice.
Donation to the center: $15 for everyone attending.
