In addition, since we absorb so much through our skin, its important that during pregnancy only very mild essential oils are used, as advised by a qualified and experienced Clinical Aromatherapist,as well as your Health Practitioner.

Over stimulating essential oils such as Peppermint, Geranium, Grapefruit, Black Pepper, Clary Sage are just some of the essential oils to be avoided.

Our Body Crème and Body Oil will support the reduction of stretchmarks, whilst our refreshing and clarifying Body Mist can be used during pregnancy and labor.

We avoid creating foot scrubs (too stimulating for pregnant women especially for the reflex points on the feet), avoid using emu oil (extracted directly from the bird) and practice creating safe products for all of us and the environment.
